I'm the type that likes tromping around the map in search of elite skills. Or trying to teach newbie players some skills (and I admit, showing off how l33t I am at the same time - nothing says "I rock" like taking down level 28 bosses by oneself while the rest of the team is dead). Or playing some casual rt4v4 arena.

Just recently got to underworld... fun! Korea had favor at lunch... sad.

Went SW of Temple of Ages for the halibut. Couple zones, found a village I'd never found before. Kewl.

I enjoy joining random PUgs with Eonwe and listen to them belittle each other on Vent/TS about the smallest things, and then tell people to stfu or their Air Ele will drop.

Yes... I realize you are just mad at the sort of people that play this game, but do realize this is growing at exponential rates to being VERY able and popular game. in junction with this wealth of power, the game is bound to attract some, let's say "Not Satisfactory" individuals. The world Is after all almost reaching its 7th billion person quota. so while there are people who exploit this game, like the fiasco yesterday with the key logger on guildwarsgugu.com, there is also bound to be just as many good decent kind hearted individuals who want to play this game like a game. and want to help others in the game so when they are at the same lvl of experience, they will have a fun time.... That's the sort of person i am. so plase don't despair, for each bad person exploiting money, there are 2 people giving out a free 200g so the lvl 3 can get his new armor and get excited about it.

Like all games I play, it's all for fun. I don't mean "selfish" fun, like some players who find great enjoyment in the misery of others. I swear, I really think they get off of it.

I really enjoy playing GW with my friends, exploring, finding great items, getting skills and experience, and of course taking down those 20+ mobs. Woot!

I'm pretty random. Once in a while I'll do The Wall mission again with a few new players (using my LvL 20 Ascended Ranger). Last time I did this there was myself, lvl 20 ascended W/E and Mo/N, plus one guy who just started playing GW. We owned everything and gave him all the loot

probeblly the anti-social type that hates the whole social interaction part of the game. Because i knew 50% of the other people playing this game would behave like 10 year olds. (or would be 10 year olds, i dunno)

So for me i just do everything with henchmen or with a few friends whom also have the game. And sometimes we join a pug, mixed results though, as could be expected.

You missed the im god type. You sit here, while I think my "uber loot" that i bought on ebay makes me a great player. Don't tell me who to attack, I'll attack this wolf whenever I want to! We can deal with those harmless level 24's after I'm done with this ferocious level 5 wolf.

I'm a solo player who takes time out to show people how good i am at PvE.

No seriously, i enjoy the hunting on my own and take pleasure in spending hours in the middle of nowhere. It keeps me away from the "irritating" people aswell.
When i'm in town and someone needs help, i usually stop what i'm doing to help them out. Out of all the runs or military escorts i have done for people, i have never charged or wanted anything for it.
Just seeing the "wow, you're awesome" pop up in the chat box is satisfying enough for me.

So yes, i am a solo hunter/explorer who boosts his vanity through helping others, lol.

(Yes i am awesome, but never as good as forge runners. They are Godly, and that's more of a fact than an opinion!)

I'm another solo hunter/explorer. I find that the missions are actually distractions from playing the game. I like to collect the collector stuff and hoard crafting suplies. I've never bought anything, other than armor and weaponry to use from the merchants. I'd never consider spamming "WTS..." or "LFG..." It's just not part of the game for me.

I'm all the above BUT scammer, I just cant cheat from newbies, although its easy and all. But I like owning there ---, I do all the time when I cannot get group in HoH I goto Lion Arch and kick everyone butt.

Also like to tell newbies about a place I explored its called Treasure Hunt, Its north of Beetletun and Divinity Coast, past water. Its really good place to get gold items, but theres WILD ELEPHANTS chasing you while you rush to the five chests that are in a circle. These WILD ELEPHANTS only have 2 skills Bull Charge, and Giant Stomp, so best to carry balanced stance.
